My name is Nia Shanks, and I have been a personal trainer and strength coach for eight years. In that time I have struggled to lose weight and sculpt the body I truly wanted, but eventually discovered the easiest, most enjoyable, and stress-free way to accomplish my body transformation goals in the least amount of time. In an effort to transform my body, and mind, I started experimenting with different training methods.
